our testing

all suki® formulas, ingredients & products are cruelty-free.

unfortunately, very often in this industry, things are not as they appear & companies will claim that their product is not tested on animals when in reality, formulas were tested leading up to the final marketed product.

companies are free to say that the formula currently on the market is cruelty-free. formulated & tested, then changed slightly on the market as cruelty-free. recently, the eu has banned this practice but the u.s. & other areas still allow it to continue.

if you want to be certain that you are supporting ethical manufacturers, look for companies that tell you none of their products are tested on animals & that they are against animal testing of any kind. also look for companies who are concerned also with the amount of synthetic ingredients they use. synthetics, fragrances, preservatives get into the earth, into the drinking/ground water & pollute all living environments & beings. cruelty-free, to suki, does not stop at animal testing issues but also making sure the ingredients we choose are biodegradable.
